Available Filter Types
- Pre-Filter - Captures larger dust and fibers to protect downstream filters and extend their lifespan.
- Medium-Efficiency Filter - Traps fine particulate (PM) before HEPA stage for steadier airflow and longer service life.
- Activated Carbon Layer - Adsorbs odors and VOCs generated during curing/powdering and heat processing.
- Ultra-Dense Carbon Mesh - High-surface-area carbon matrix for stubborn fumes/odors.
- High-Efficiency (HEPA) Filter - Final particulate capture for clean, breathable exhaust air.
Select and purchase filters individually as needed. AP2 features a multi-stage path; replacing the right stage at the right time reduces cost and downtime.
Why Replace Regularly

Installation (Quick Steps)
- Power off AP2 and disconnect the power cable.
- Open the magnetic filter door and note the filter order.
- Remove the spent filter; vacuum any loose dust in the chamber.
- Unwrap the new filter and install with the airflow arrow in the correct direction.
- Close the door, reconnect power, and run the unit on high for 1-2 minutes to seat the media.
Clean/empty the cyclone pre-stage regularly to extend filter life. Always follow the official user guide for safety and detailed steps.

These filters are designed specifically for the xTool SafetyPro™ AP2 air purifier. (AP2 Max uses a different filter set.)
