Each cartridge arrives completely preassembled, with the correct prefilled bag, cartridge housing and programmed chip. Simply replace the existing cartridge using the normal printer procedure and confirm recognition. Cleaning cartridges are used according to supported maintenance procedures.

Cleaning Cartridge - Printer Maintenance
The Cleaning option includes a complete cartridge prefilled with compatible cleaning solution, together with its cartridge housing and matching programmed chip.
For Cleaning & Maintenance Applications
Cleaning solution is intended for supported DTG printer maintenance procedures where a cleaning cartridge is specified. It is not printing ink and should not be used for normal image production.

- Remove: Remove the depleted cartridge from the appropriate printer position.
- Insert: Install your complete preassembled compatible cartridge in the matching supply position.
- Confirm: Follow the printer prompts and confirm recognition before printing or performing approved cleaning procedures.

Compatibility & Important Information
Designed for supported Ricoh Ri1000, Ri1000X and Ri2000 configurations, with matching physical cartridges and programmed chips. Selected Ricoma Vision and ColDesi G4 Ricoh-based DTG platforms may also be supported when specifically verified.
Before ordering: Verify your printer model, firmware, cartridge configuration and selected supply. The Ri1000X requires W1 only and does not use W2. Cleaning cartridges must only be used in approved maintenance procedures. If your printer currently uses another third-party ink formulation, contact DTGPRO before switching.
Print results depend on proper pretreatment, curing, fabric, artwork, printer settings and maintenance. The use of compatible consumables does not replace routine printer care.
