Extend your confidence in your equipment with the DTFLINE Extended Limited Parts Warranty. Choose 6, 12, or 18 additional months of protection for eligible non-consumable components after your included limited warranty expires.

Available for eligible DTFLINE VANTAGE, MAXi, and PANTHERA printers, this warranty combines covered replacement parts with remote troubleshooting and installation guidance from DTGPRO.

Choose Your Additional Coverage

Every option begins immediately after your included warranty expires. Your selected duration is additional coverage, not a period that runs alongside your original warranty.

• 6 Additional Months: - Your included warranty, followed by 6 months of limited parts warranty coverage.
• 12 Additional Months: - Your included warranty, followed by 12 months of limited parts warranty coverage.
• 18 Additional Months: - Your included warranty, followed by 18 months of limited parts warranty coverage.

The covered equipment and exact warranty dates will be identified on your order confirmation. The extended period provides parts coverage and claim-related remote guidance; it does not extend repair labor coverage.

What Is Included?

• Covered replacement parts: Replacement of eligible non-consumable hardware components that fail due to defects in materials or workmanship during the extended period, under normal use and proper maintenance.
• Remote troubleshooting: Assistance assessing a potential covered failure and identifying the appropriate next steps.
• Replacement guidance: Instructions to help you install approved replacement parts.
• Standard ground shipping: Approved replacement parts shipped at no additional charge within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping and shipping outside this area are quoted separately.

How Warranty Service Works

1. Contact DTGPRO. Provide your order information, equipment serial number, and a description of the issue before attempting repairs.
2. Work with our support team. We may request photos, videos, error messages, maintenance records, or guided troubleshooting to assess the issue.
3. Receive an approved replacement. If the component qualifies for coverage, we supply the replacement part. A defective component may need to be returned for inspection; when required within the contiguous United States, we provide a prepaid standard return label.
4. Install the part with our guidance. You perform the physical replacement following DTGPRO instructions. Repairs expressly authorized through this process do not count as unauthorized repairs.

Warranty assistance is included. You do not need to purchase a separate support package for diagnosis and replacement guidance required to fulfill a covered claim. This assistance does not deduct from any separately purchased support hours.

What Is Not Included?

This is a limited parts warranty with customer-installed replacement parts. It does not cover:

• Printheads, dampers, capping stations, tubing, and other ink-contact components excluded under the applicable warranty terms.
• Inks, films, powders, cleaning supplies, and other consumables.
• Normal wear and tear, clogging, routine cleaning, or preventive maintenance.
• Damage caused by improper operation or maintenance, unsuitable operating conditions, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, or other excluded causes.
• On-site service, technician travel, repair or installation labor, or third-party repair charges.
• Software, general operator training, production losses, or replacement of the entire printer.

If you cannot perform a replacement, contact us to discuss any available paid service arrangements before proceeding.

Select the Correct Equipment Value

Choose the value range matching the net purchase price of the covered printer after discounts, excluding taxes, shipping, supplies, and separately priced software or accessories.

• For a bundled purchase, use the covered printer value identified by DTGPRO on your quote or order confirmation.
• The selected price band must match the covered equipment. Selecting a higher band does not broaden coverage or add equipment.
• Each warranty applies to one eligible printer identified on the order confirmation.
• Shakers, dryers, ovens, heat presses, and other bundled equipment are excluded unless expressly identified as covered.
• For equipment valued at $30,000 or more, contact us for pricing.

Eligibility & Warranty Terms

• Must be purchased with eligible new DTFLINE equipment from DTGPRO.
• Coverage is available to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Required onboarding, proper operation, and documented maintenance requirements continue to apply.
• Replacing a component does not restart or extend the warranty period.

This warranty is subject to the DTFLINE Extended Limited Parts Warranty provisions and applicable exclusions, customer responsibilities, and claim procedures in the DTGPRO Terms & Conditions. The extended warranty provisions govern the parts coverage and service provided during the additional period.
