MagicLine™ Desktop Transfer Complete Production Kit

A Complete Curing and Pressing Setup for Full-Color Transfers on White, Light and Dark Garments

The MagicLine™ Desktop Transfer Complete Production Kit combines the patent-pending MagicLine transfer process with the equipment needed to cure and apply your transfers.

This bundle includes the MagicLine™ transfer consumables, a Large A3+ DTFLINE HeatStation for controlled powder curing and a 15" x 15" CraftPress for applying the finished transfers to garments.

Simply add a compatible Canon® or Epson® desktop inkjet printer using pigment-based CMYK inks. There is no need to install specialty inks, convert the printer or modify its ink system.

This version includes MagicLine™ Soft White Powder for producing vibrant full-color transfers on white, light and dark-colored garments.

A Complete Desktop Transfer Production Workflow

Conventional DTF printing generally requires a specialized printer, dedicated DTF inks, circulating white ink and frequent maintenance. MagicLine™ takes a different approach.

Your compatible desktop printer applies the full-color design using its existing pigment-based CMYK inks. MagicLine™ Soft White Powder then creates the opaque adhesive backing needed for application to garments of virtually any color.

The included DTFLINE HeatStation cures the powdered transfer. The included CraftPress applies the transfer to the garment. Finally, MagicSeal™ Fusion helps lock in the pigment color and dramatically improve wash durability.

How It Works

1. Print with the Included Epson Printer
   Print your mirrored design onto a MagicLine™ Transfer Sheet using the included Epson® WorkForce Pro WF-3820 and its pigment-based CMYK inks.
2. Apply MagicLine™ Soft White Powder
   Apply the powder evenly to the printed side of the transfer while the ink is ready to receive it.
3. Cure
   Cure the powdered transfer using a compatible curing station or HeatStation.
4. Heat Press and Peel
   Apply the cured transfer to the garment using a heat press, then peel according to the supplied instructions.
5. Finish with MagicSeal™ Fusion
   Apply MagicSeal™ Fusion and complete the finishing press. This final step helps keep the pigment inks from washing out and significantly improves wash durability.

Printer Compatibility

Pigment-Based CMYK Inks Are Required The printer must use pigment-based cyan, magenta, yellow and black inks. Compatibility is determined by the installed ink formulation, not simply by the printer brand or product family.

• Epson® WorkForce
• Epson® WorkForce Pro
• Select Epson® EcoTank Pro models using pigment-based CMYK inks

Ventilation and Safe Operation

Operate powder-curing and heat-transfer equipment in a properly ventilated workspace. Follow the supplied instructions and use appropriate protective equipment when handling transfer powders, heated film and production equipment.

This bundle includes the MagicLine™ consumables, dedicated powder-curing equipment and a full-size heat press-giving you everything needed except the compatible pigment inkjet printer.
