One size fits most (approx 8" x 4" at the widest, excluding straps).

Machine washable (we recommend hang drying to avoid shrinking). Made from 2 layers of fabric the outside layer is a Dri Fit type fabric with a cotton poly inside.

The straps are a soft elastic like those used on professional sports bras.
